Reopening Your Beanstox Account
If your account has been closed, you can reopen your account to fund a new personalized ETF portfolio by contacting support@beanstox.com.
Note: You will not be able to perform any transactions, like adding or withdrawing funds while your account is closed, but you can still see your account history, statements, tax forms, and other profile information.
In most cases, your account can be reactivated within one business day. Once reactivated, you will receive an email when your account is ready to fund.
We may also reach out via email if we need additional information, including updates to your Beanstox profile or updated bank information. Providing this information allows us to reestablish your account as quickly as possible.
Once Your Account is Reactivated
After your account is reactivated, you will see a notification on the home screen prompting you to resubscribe when you log in. Click the notification to accept your membership and fund your new personalized ETF portfolio.
